The hotel had comfortable rooms with an amazing view of Queenstown, but it seemed a bit tired and in need of updating. The service was friendly and helpful, especially with mobility assistance. I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn. The room had great views of the lake and a pleasant landscape outlook. It was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfy, and the brand new bathroom was a joy. Having effective air conditioning during the extremely hot weather was a real plus. However, the room felt a bit dark and cramped at times.

My stay at the hotel was truly relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and fresh, offering panoramic views across the bay to the mountains. It was all we needed when we weren’t out exploring. The only downside was that some noise from outside woke us up in the room. However, for a slightly higher price rate, it was worth it.

My stay at this motel was simply fantastic! The room was situated away from the main building, but it was worth it for the extra privacy. Inside the room, everything was well appointed, and I was thrilled to find plenty of charging ports. It was one of the only places we've stayed in New Zealand that had a safe, which added an extra sense of security. The cleanliness and tidiness really impressed me!
